Our BOK swimmers’ competitive, fast performances were terrific at the Open and final weekend of the Age Group NER Championships @Ponds Forge and Leeds (31st April, 1st May, and 7th and 8th May).
With a great team ethos – the squads delivered many PBs, final positions, and seven medals overall. Highlights include a fantastic medal haul by Daniel Jackson, who gained gold and three silvers!
A big thank you to our dedicated coaches, who provide fantastic support and detailed feedback for our swimmers to reflect upon to perform even better in the future.
