BOK took this top-level meet by storm, ramping up their number of entries and final places from 2022, and even earning well-deserved podium positions! BOK was ranked as 8th Best Club based on the number of pbs per ratio to swimmers taking part. What an incredible achievement.
These Performance Squad swimmers had qualified, being ranked within the top 24 in their age-group events, based on their performances at level 1 meets from March to May.

Everyone tried their level best in the water against the best in Britain. There were some memorable swims and well-deserved personal achievements. Evie broke her personal best times in all her events! Getting a pb in the MC 100 free was an incredible achievement for Maisie, who has been out of training for a while, following an operation. Eleanor swam with determination to come in 11th place, just missing out on a final spot in the 200 breast, her first national event with BOK. Luke swam a terrific 400 IM final, swimming the 2nd best time he has ever produced over this gruelling race. Astrid had some awesome swims, the MC 100 backstroke result translating as a mega 700 FINA points! Daniel swam to bronze in the 200 breast with a great pb. Jessica broke her pbs in all her swims except for 50 fly! In 200 fly she finished in 2nd place, only missing out on gold by an agonizing 0.02ms! A shout out to Steph Booth, who swam brilliantly, making her first appearance at this meet with a para classification.
